Maxwell in Motion School Bus Program

The Maxwell-in-Motion Adopt-A-Bus program provides free buses to classes from Title I Albuquerque Public Schools (schools where a majority of the student body are economically disadvantaged) for docent-led visits to the Museum. The program is funded by a generous award from the Frank C. Hibben Trust and by gifts from individual donors.

In the 2025-2026 school year, the program brought a total of 2490 students from 106 classes to the Maxwell Museum.
