As part of the University of New Mexico's Staff Appreciation Week 2023, the Maxwell is honored to host in our courtyard a book, plant, and seeds swap as well as a close encounter of the furry type with therapy dogs. Dogs provided by High Desert Therapy Dogs.
So if you are UNM Staff bring your books and seeds, or garden/plant clippings to trade! Moreover, refreshments will be provided and there will be door prizes/raffle, while supplies last.
Unclaimed books and plants/seeds will be donated to the Zimmerman Library and Lobo Gardens. The Maxwell Museum Courtyard is accessible through the Museum or by direct entrance coming from the East, right behind the UNM Chapel.
