After our free Pizza Party for UNM and CNM students takes place, we're opening up our courtyard for another night away of energetic fun in a cultural space transformed by glowing, colored lights and a wireless sound system!
The event is open to all, but will be curated especially for and with students and the UNM/CMU community. So come kick off the semester right, make new friends, and learn about what the museum will offer in Fall 2024.
For this special event, we are pairing up with Albuquerque's Headphone Dance Party and featuring Erica Ortegon, aka DJ La Ruda !
As musician Jorge Drexler reminds us, "Music teaches, dreams, hurts, and heals" and correctly states that humans "were already making music way before we knew agriculture." As such come celebrate with us humanity's creativity through art + movement!
